I have a few big races planned and now I am experiencing an injury so my goal is to just cross the finish line at these races without being "swept" up!
ReplyDeleteI am all too familiar with injuries! Bummer! I hope it heals and you can run with no problems!
DeleteI want to run 14 races in 2014. It's going to be tough but I'm excited about the opportunity!
ReplyDeleteI signed up for that too! I'm a bit nervous but I'm going to do some virtual races since there aren't many local races per month. Do your best and I'm sure you'll be happy with the results!
Deleteto make new friends! i think that's a big goal!
ReplyDeleteThat's an awesome goal! I'd like to make new friends too but it's easier said than done!
DeleteMy biggest goal is a 25k this spring!
ReplyDeleteAmazing! That is a big goal!
DeleteHow awesome! My goals are to Get closer to God as well. We are searching for a good church with kid programs right now.
ReplyDeleteAlso to put a lot of effort into my blog and my creative side while helping my kids explore their creativity.
That's awesome! Gotta start somewhere. We no longer go to a church. We have weekly Bible studies in our home with a few others. I was teaching our kids every Sunday as well, now I'm taking a break so I can learn more in the adult studies. For me, spiritual health and physical health go hand in hand.
DeleteYou're doing a great job on your blog! I love how creative it is already!
My biggest goal this year is to ride at least 2 100 mile bike rides and complete 750-800 miles this year on my bike.
ReplyDeleteImpressive! What an awesome goal!!
DeleteMy biggest goal is my first 70.3 triathlon!
ReplyDeleteWow! That's amazing! Good for you!!
DeleteTo run my first marathon and qualify for Boston!
ReplyDeleteSweet! That would be awesome to run Boston! I'm volunteering at a Boston qualifier race in March. I'm excited to just be cheering on all those amazing runners!
DeleteMy biggest goal is to lose 16 pounds and then run a 50-miler!
ReplyDeleteWow!! I bet that weight will melt off just training for a race like that!! I'm getting motivated just by reading everyone's goals!
DeleteI think my biggest goal is to actually have the guts to run a full!
ReplyDeleteWe shall see :)
Great giveaway!
That would be sweet! It's not impossible ;-)
DeleteI am hoping to sort out some medical issues and continue to work on building muscle and trimming!

ReplyDeleteSweet! Great goal!
DeleteMy biggest goal this year is to get my running life back. I injured my piriformis muscle last fall and it still isn't well. I've been to PT, rested, iced, heat, yada yada yada. I just started slowly getting back into running. I'm up to 3 miles which seems so petty when i'm a 4 time marathoner! Ugh. I need my mental game back! And I WILL get it no matter what!
ReplyDeleteKeep that positive mindset and you'll get back to running marathons sooner than you think! The longest distance I've run is 5 miles and I've been set back to start a few times. I'm dealing with an IT band injury that is finally getting better after a month of very little running. I know it'll heal at some much point and I'll always love to run so I'll get my miles and up sooner or later. If there's a will there's a way!
DeleteI want to achieve a Marathon PR and BQ!
ReplyDeleteThat would be awesome!
DeleteMy biggest goal of 2014 is to be fit and to have toned body. I want to start lifting weights, so I can gain more muscles and feel stronger !

ReplyDeleteMe too!
Deletei want to sleep better.... establish a routine and with more sleep all else will follow
ReplyDeleteYes, sleep is very important for anyone to be able to function and stay motivated to do anything.
Deleterun at least 6 miles aweek
ReplyDeleteThat's great! You'll get there!
DeleteI just want to be a happier, healthier version of myself!
ReplyDeleteThat's one of my goals too!
DeleteMy biggest goal is to finally run my 1st full marathon and maybe my 2nd! Great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! A marathon is my ultimate running goal but I'm in no hurry :-)
DeleteTo eat much healthier and get off the couch!!!
ReplyDeleteThats where it all begins! You can do it!
DeleteI really don't have a lot planned for 2014 (races, etc) but my goal is to lose the weight I've gained in the past few months. I just have a really hard time losing weight so it will be a big goal/challenge for me.
ReplyDeleteThat's still a goal and will feel great when you meet it!
DeleteI subscribed to your blog :)
ReplyDeleteMy biggest goal is to get back to running 20 miles a week! I let myself get away from running when I was ill and then had a rough pregnancy, but I'm back to about 10 miles a week, and it feels great so far!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!

DeleteLove this! i plan to run 10 races in 2014
ReplyDeleteSweet! I'm hoping to do 14, but we'll see. I'm not going to force my body if it's injured :-/
DeleteMy biggest goal of the year is to be able to do 5 pull-ups!
ReplyDeleteThat would be cool! I wish I could do one! I'd like to be able to do some push-ups the non-girlie way.

ReplyDeleteGreat!
DeleteBuild my stamina so I can plank for 5 minutes straight. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteImpressive! I can plank for a minute haha! I love planks
DeleteTruly? Figure out what to be when I grow up! And in running, run healthy and strong - 14 in 2014 AND run the year (or more!)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I just ran my first race of the year. Still injured though, so I'm not sure how the rest of the year will go :-/ but I'm learning to "go with the flow" of life.
DeleteBump my weekly exercise from 3x to 6x a week. Gotta find time to fit it in!
ReplyDeleteThat's great! Once you find time, it gets easier to stick with a routine.
DeleteI am working on 10,000 steps per day- staying active! I am also moving towards competing in the 10K in some of the bigger races- moving a little outside of my 5K comfort zone!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! My goal is also a 10k this year. Hopefully this injury I'm dealing with heals soon so I can get my miles back up!
Deletek
ReplyDeleteMy biggest goal this year is finishing my first half marathon! It's Disney Princess in February and I'm so excited and nervous already!
ReplyDeleteSweet! I've heard the Disney races are so much fun!
DeleteI'm new to all this so this year I'd love to get into possibly yoga and running and finally get fit. I'd love to be able to run the Color Run this year.
ReplyDeleteThat's great! I hope you can find some motivation from my page and many other bloggers who are on the same journey. Yoga & running go hand in hand ;-) Find something you enjoy doing and it'll become part of your life.
DeleteMy biggest goal is to lose the weight I put on last year - nearly 20 lbs.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! Totally attainable!
Deleteto lose that last 10#!!
