  5. How awesome! My goals are to Get closer to God as well. We are searching for a good church with kid programs right now.

    1. That's awesome! Gotta start somewhere. We no longer go to a church. We have weekly Bible studies in our home with a few others. I was teaching our kids every Sunday as well, now I'm taking a break so I can learn more in the adult studies. For me, spiritual health and physical health go hand in hand.
You're doing a great job on your blog! I love how creative it is already!

  25. My biggest goal this year is to get my running life back. I injured my piriformis muscle last fall and it still isn't well. I've been to PT, rested, iced, heat, yada yada yada. I just started slowly getting back into running. I'm up to 3 miles which seems so petty when i'm a 4 time marathoner! Ugh. I need my mental game back! And I WILL get it no matter what!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Keep that positive mindset and you'll get back to running marathons sooner than you think! The longest distance I've run is 5 miles and I've been set back to start a few times. I'm dealing with an IT band injury that is finally getting better after a month of very little running. I know it'll heal at some much point and I'll always love to run so I'll get my miles and up sooner or later. If there's a will there's a way!
